Returns : 
Returns accepted within 3 days after you received the part, as long as the Plastic package seal not opened,and the warranty seal on the unit is not tampered with. you must call and email us for merchandise return authorization first. Buyer Pays for both ways of shipping.

Warranty Terms:   Warranty Extended for products(with limited years) to 4 years warranty for products sold after  April, 6,2014

The Warranty on all ABS,EATC, ECUs, ECMs, F.I.C.M s. TCMs, LCM s , & PLC s, are limited warranty, that means it is limited to the original purchaser limited for the application which is intended for, and is not transferable to subsequent owners of products, Specifically excluded from this Warranty are failures caused by misuse, neglegence,abuse, improper application,installations or incidental or consequential damages. The warranty is limited to rebuilt of the unit not exchange on demands,and not cost of Transportation of the unit both ways. And Not cost of Installation or removal of the Parts or any cost associated with return of the Part for Warranty work, exchange is limited in both timing and extenuating circumstances with limitation of 14 days from time of purchase, in which case of wrong part orders or unit broke down, which has to be proven with documentation verifying the case. The warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. Your warranty is good for 4 Years for those Items Rebuilt before December 21,2012 and One year for those Items purchased after December 21,2012, or Rebuilt after December 22th,2012 ,(Some of our Products Rebuilds that are still under 4 years warranty even after dec,21,12 are those excluding the Light Control Modules), from the time of delivery of the Purchased Item . Also the warranty seal must be un-tampered otherwise warranty will be void. IN CASE OF WARRANTY YOU MUST CONTACT US BY OUR CONTACT OPTION IN THIS WEBSITE, YOU MUST REQUEST RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, and place the number on the package and it is your responsibility to ensure package to be delivered with signature request or delivery confirmation Proof, This way we both know who received the package.
We upgraded the warranty period on Sales on  August of 2013  to 3 Years, so some unit Sold during this time line have more warranty on them
Extra Service: This service is for those who want another unit (LCM only) so they can drive the car while waiting for part to arrive then send the old Broken part back for exchange, since it cost us more time ,and sending our spare part as exchange and there is more administrative work and wait for part return involved ,we will provide this EXTRA SERVICE for your convenience ,and there is $25 Charge for that Which means you have to pay for deposit of  the part ,First, then when you return the old Part there will be a Charge of $25 from your full payment, then the rest will be returned to you. deposit is $125 service is $25 ,Total $150

Warranty shall be Void If you do not Return the Same year, same model Number or the Core within 35 days(maximum) or if the Warranty seal is tampered with. Core is not Just $100 or the amount of Core deposit to us, but time taken out of our Technical area and used for search and comparison of parts and wait time to receive another Core the total cost will be more. ; a Core* must be in repairable Condition, any tampering and damage ,electronic or fire or liquid or Flood damage or a Dead Core makes the Core non-economical to rebuild and you will be notified .The best way to avoid this circumstances is to let us know of any mentioned condition prior to ordering our rebuild core or rework services, then we will offer a different price for such condition or Cores, then buyer and seller they reach understanding and agreement on price or timing of rebuild and so forth.

If Modules : ECU,ECM,TCM,ABS (EBCM), DEM, is returned  under warranty, Stored Fault Codes ,DTC Codes and their specific to their manufacturer Description in the scanner must be documented in this warranty form or your claim will be rejected.
